Welcome to Tally (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, installing, or using the Tally mobile application or related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
1. Description of Service
Tally is a sports tracking application that allows you to record match results, track statistics, manage leagues, and connect with other players. The Service includes free and subscription-based features.
2. Subscriptions
Tally offers auto-renewable subscriptions:
- Tally Pro: Monthly or annual subscription for unlimited match history, advanced statistics, and premium features.
- Tally League: Monthly or annual subscription for creating and managing leagues, including Pro features.
Subscription fees are charged to your Apple ID or payment method. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device’s App Store settings.
3. Account and Eligibility
You must create an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws.
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of content you create (e.g., match results, league data). By using the Service, you grant us a license to store, display, and process your content to provide the Service.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms at this URL or through the app. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
